Le Bistro has meant many things to many people over its 3 decade long existence. From the history of trademarking soup, through the days of politicians trading confidences over lunch, to its many incarnations as a gathering place for Stocktonians and citizens from all over the world.

Le Bistro has been a place like no other. More than any other institution, Le Bistro means to persons from every background a backdrop for their most cherished celebrations. Young brides excitedly discuss wedding plans with friends, birthday and anniversary parties occur daily, and everyone eagerly anticipates an annual event. We are the caretakers of this extraordinary place where people celebrate their most important celebrations of life.  Le Bistro continues to be the venue of choice to celebrate that spirit and the good things we share together.
